General Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good understanding of sales funnel and customer care
  • Strong attention for detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Some previous experience in key account management OR investor/sponsor relationships

Your Tasks:

  • Contribute to and support with organization of big-scale events
  • Ideate and innovate around creation of engaging, visitor-centric side events
  • Manage key accounts – communicate with partners & sponsors
  • Prepare event orders for sponsors and partners and help them with event preparation
  • Support logistics (transport, accommodation) for partners
  • Creative conception and preparation of sales documents for the sales team
  • Hands-on support and care for key stakeholders during events
