For this role you will support growth initiatives by identifying and targeting potential clients, managing accounts, and working closely with the BD team to ensure the success of business development activities.
This position will contribute especially to the business development operations in the DACH region.

You Have:

  • Native German proficiency or fluency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proven experience in Business Development, particularly in a B2B sales context
  • A strategic approach to lead generation and outbound sales
  • Strong skills in managing accounts and nurturing client relationships
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms like LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Valuable Extras:

  • Knowledge of DACH market (startup ecosystem, conferences from the sector, network etc.)

Your Tasks:

B2B Outbound Sales:

  • Lead Generation - prospect identification and evaluation: gathering and assessing potential leads, ensuring a steady influx of high-quality prospects into our sales pipeline
  • Developing and executing outbound sales strategies to generate leads - testing various outreach strategies by using different outbound solutions; targeting leads on Linkedin and other platforms
  • Events preparations - supporting our team on preparations for conferences and industry events to make the best out of in-person meetings
  • Managing accounts and overseeing the smooth running of outreach processes
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Monitoring account performance
  • Pipeline Nurturing - ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement to move them through the sales funnel smoothly


Others:

  • Drafting proposals for prospective clients - conducting researches and cluster analysis
  • Supporting our team in Vienna with ongoing operations
