We are looking for a high-performing Digital Sales Manager to help with meeting the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.

General Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business administration or related field
  • Up to 2 years of work experience in Sales for a digital company (Software, IT serivces, Mobile Apps etc.)
  • Good understanding of sales funnel and customer care
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals through solid business planning
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with digital innovations and (some) degree of technical understanding is much appreciated
  • Startup OR E-Commerce experience
  • Affinity for gaming (PC / Console)

Your Tasks:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Assume ownership of account management for your acquisitions
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Communicate on high level with CEOs, CTOs and CMOs
  • Put your entrepreneurial traits and creativity to the test – make valuable contribution to product mix, marketing strategies and pricing
  • Contribute to the company culture, the mission and vision
  • Develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with Key Customers, Key Opinion Leaders and Strategic Partners
