We're looking for a pro-active person who will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks 25-30h per week.​ This offer comes with the possibility of future extension for full-time employment.

We're looking for:

  • 2-5 years of experience in back office management
  • fluency in German and good English skills
  • excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • excellent computer skills (MS Office, Adobe suite)
  • feeling comfortable in a fast moving environment
  • basic graphic skills (creation of presentations including graphs, icon sets and other design elements)

You'll be responsible for:

  • administrating and processing internal documents and invoices
  • creating presentations, investor reports and applications
  • travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rental, meeting rooms, ...)
  • office correspondence
  • preparing data for bookkeeping
  • a smooth office setup
