Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the sales department, ensuring revenue targets and ARR growth are ambitiously defined and met.
  • Develop and execute an effective channel strategy to fill the sales pipeline and expand market presence.
  • Identify and drive new market opportunities, setting pricing and promotional strategies to optimize lead generation and revenue.
  • Establish and manage key partnerships to accelerate growth and market expansion.
  • Execute sales strategies with a clear focus on results

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Energy industry experience is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of expanding revenue significantly
  • Strong experience in scaling sales operations, from structuring teams to driving and tracking aggressive growth.
  • Deep understanding of bootstrap strategies, ARR, and commercial execution.
  • Expertise in navigating complex, multi-market sales environments with a hands-on approach.
  • Languages: English and German required, Italian is a plus.
  • Location: Based in/near Vienna or willing to relocate.
