Your responsibilities:

  • act as direct point of contact to our portfolio companies for all matters HR
  • define individual recruiting strategies
  • monitor all application pipelines for our portfolio companies
  • generate applications by using a channel mix and a proactive approach (linkedin, facebook, job boards, ...)
  • screening of applicants
  • controlling of all HR processes

We're looking for:

  • some years of university (business, HR, psychology or related fields)
  • first practical experience
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • motivation and eagerness to learn and develop new skills
  • somebody that feels comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • passion for recruiting
  • hands-on mentality
